Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Cancellation Policy ensures fair use of appointment time and protects the clinic from loss of income due to late cancellations or missed appointments.

2. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment.

3. Cancellation Notice

· Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. (See Terms and conditions policy)

· Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or an additional charge at the practitioner’s discretion.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

· Loss of booking fee

· A possible charge equal to the full treatment cost before future bookings can be made

6. Practitioner Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Noa Medical Aesthetics Ltd may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, your booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment.

7. Medical Unsuitability

If you are deemed medically unsuitable for treatment during consultation, your booking fee is non-refundable, as the time has been allocated for clinical assessment.

8. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

9. Marketing Consent

You will only receive marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time.
